Inside each free copy of Rinse you will find interviews with top name Canadian, American and International stars, alongside comprehensive music reviews, artist profiles and informative features covering topics including technology and fashion. For too long there's been a void in media coverage of the vibrant and ever-growing North American drum and bass scene. Rinse Magazine fills it and brings proper coverage where coverage is due.
The goal of Rinse Magazine is to present a balanced perspective of the scene, recognizing what the heavyweights abroad are doing, while, at the same time, promoting the work of our talented domestic artists. Although the focus is on North America, Rinse keeps in tune with drum and bass in the UK and Europe to track the latest trends and newest sounds. North America, especially the US with its substantial population, makes up one of the fastest growing record buying markets and Rinse aims to keep consumers informed.
Rinse Magazine is proud of its high calibre staff members, who's outstanding work is reflected in the quality of the magazine. Many have years of experience within the scene as producers, promoters and DJs, and outside the scene working as professionals in the fields of photography, journalism, graphic design and fashion. Editor Richard Yuzon, Publisher John Tan and other core staff members are well recognized locally for establishing TorontoJungle.com, a website catering to the Toronto dnb community, averaging 4 million hits per month, and 50 thousand unique hits per month, from around the world.
